About the Role As a Beverage Sales & Service Driver, you will provide route coverage as needed and ensure exceptional customer service. This role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction through consistent delivery, product stocking, and beverage station maintenance. Your expertise in customer relations and product knowledge will drive sales and build lasting partnerships. Responsibilities * Deliver, restock, and organize beverage products at each customer location according to schedule. * Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality, performing regular quality checks. * Address and escalate customer concerns to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction. * Manage daily invoices, inventory, and collections efficiently while on route. * Identify opportunities to increase revenue per stop by addressing product gaps, implementing promotions, and optimizing beverage station setups. * Communicate any route inefficiencies, customer feedback, or potential business opportunities to the ASM. * Familiarize yourself with brewing equipment to perform basic repairs and adjustments as needed. Qualifications Required Skills * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to pass a DOT physical. Preferred Skills * Previous route delivery or sales experience. * Experience in the foodservice industry. * Strong mechanical aptitude. * Proficiency in assessing customer needs and providing solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
