Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. * Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring that products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. * Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery. * Perform basic retail math calculations for inventory management and sales reporting. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is advantageous. * Ability to supervise others and provide constructive feedback when needed. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with customers. * Knowledge of retail math principles is a plus for managing inventory effectively. * A proactive attitude towards upselling and promoting store products is essential.
