Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a thorough understanding of insurance products and services. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inside sales efforts with existing and new clients * Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products tailored to client requirements * Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients and carriers to secure mutually beneficial agreements * Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy updates, and benefits administration * Assist clients with policy changes and claims processing as needed * Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities for analysis and reporting Skills * Proven experience in insurance sales and account management roles * Currently licensed in Property & Casualty along with Life * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficiency in sales administration, analysis skills, and customer service practices * Ability to communicate with clients in opportunities to cross sell products * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly * Analytical mindset for assessing client needs and market trends * Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts efficiently This position offers an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about insurance sales and customer service.
