Stacy Furniture sales team provides a personalized shopping experience in our showrooms. Each team member is knowledgeable and eager to provide the customer with the highest quality experience. * Ability to work independently with guidance of senior management in everyday operations. * Work with office staff and employees to ensure customer information and sale is correct and complete. * Direct customers to find furniture to meet their needs and budget. * Complete sales through write up and follow up of sales paperwork. * Work with warehouse and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction * Assist and support management with staff to customer relations as well as staff to staff relations. * Confirm sales through follow up in sales and with the customer * Sales analysis and monthly reporting * Ongoing training to assist staff in increasing knowledge of brands * Communicating management policies and procedures as required * Above all, ensure customer satisfaction including making follow up and service calls. Average earning potential of $50,000 - $100,000 annual commissions+bonus opportunities Training Pay: $3000 monthly - paid $1,500 on the 1st and 15th of every month. (Training is 1-2 months Depending on Experience Level)
