Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Lead Generation Sales Expert specializing in real estate leads to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through INBOUND and warm calling techniques. Your expertise will help drive business growth by building strong relationships with prospective clients and converting leads into valuable opportunities. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to real estate prospects, leveraging warm calling strategies to generate interest and qualify leads effectively * Engage with potential clients via telemarketing, ensuring clear communication of services and value propositions * Utilize CRM software such as Podio to track interactions, update lead statuses, and manage follow-up activities * Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and excellent customer service * Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns and improve lead quality * Negotiate terms and facilitate smooth handoffs between prospects and the sales team for closing deals * Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market trends, technology sales, and business development strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing within a fast-paced environment * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and building long-term relationships * Familiarity with CRM tools such as Podio or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly * Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, and marketing strategies is a plus * Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively and handle warm leads professionally * Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development opportunities Join us if you're passionate about sales, thrive on building relationships, and want to make an impact in the real estate industry!
