Territory Sales Manager - Salt Lake City, UT Easy Stones is a national distributor of natural stone, quartz, and porcelain slabs. We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to support and grow our business in Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. What You 'll Do * Manage and grow relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, designers, architects, and remodelers * Develop new business while supporting existing customers * Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and training sessions * Drive market share growth and meet territory sales goals * Coordinate with customer service to ensure smooth order execution What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of outside sales experience (required) * Experience in building materials sales (preferred) * Countertop or architectural surface industry experience (preferred) * Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused * Comfortable working independently in the field Work Environment * 80% in-market field work (remote within territory) * 20% administrative work from home or office * Overnight travel varies by territory Compensation * Base salary starting at $60,000+ (based on experience) * Uncapped commission plan * Realistic first-year incentive of ~20% of base, paid monthly Benefits * Company car * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Short-term and long-term disability * Life insurance * Paid time off * Company credit card for travel and expenses Schedule * Full-time, Monday through Friday Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * College degree in business or design preferred, not required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Experience with Stone Profits software a plus * Ability to lift up to 45 pounds Easy Stones operates across 14 locations nationwide with a team of over 100 employees.
