Position Type: Exempt Location: San Bernardino Country and Riverside - California Minimum Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications * At least 2 years of parts and/or service experience in the heavy equipment industry * Bilingual English and Spanish Responsibilities * The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the industry * This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales * Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions * Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing * Prepare and process sales orders accurately and efficiently * Follow up on quotes and leads to convert them into sales * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of equipment * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers * Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems * Provide regular sales updates to management * Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends JCB is an equal employment opportunities (EEO) employer in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
