This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills and advance your career in automotive retail. < Responsibilities> * Engage with customers both in-person and via outbound calls to understand their needs and present suitable used vehicle options * Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through negotiation, financing, and closing deals * Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients through cold calling, B2B sales, and community outreach * Upsell additional products such as warranties, service plans, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up effectively, and manage inventory data * Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide accurate information * Foster positive relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth buying experience < Skills> * Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or used vehicles * Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction * Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to engage diverse clients * Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software and organizational tools * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for reaching a broader customer base * Skilled in outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and B2B outreach to generate leads * Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations to optimize sales processes * Familiarity with automotive industry standards, dealership experience preferred but not required Join us if you're ready to energize your career in automotive sales!
