Essential Functions for the Customer Account Specialist: * Initiate sales efforts by engaging with potential customers directly and building rapport. * Develop and manage a portfolio of new accounts for our partner, Frontier Communications. * Present and sell a variety of telecom products and services to residential and small-business clients. * Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information. * Collaborate with senior account managers to develop strategic sales plans. * Participate in daily team meetings and sales training sessions. * Work towards and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas. What Makes You Qualified for the Customer Account Specialist Role: * No prior sales experience is required, we will train the right person! * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * A highly motivated, goal-oriented personality. * A natural curiosity and desire to learn about the telecom industry. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * A positive attitude and a professional demeanor. * Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
