What You Will Do

:

• Consult: Listen to customers to understand their needs and budget, then guide them to the perfect vehicle.
• Demonstrate: Showcase the latest technology and safety features of our new Kia lineup and premium pre-owned inventory.
• Connect: Build rapport during test drives and follow up with clients to ensure they love their purchase for years to come.
• Grow: Master our product offerings and stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends through our paid training programs. What We Are Looking For:
• Communication Skills: You can strike up a conversation with anyone and make them feel at ease.
• Drive: You are goal-oriented, organized, and eager to succeed.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (we will train you!) and staying connected via email/text.
• Availability: Willing to work Saturdays and some evenings (we offer flexible scheduling where possible).
• Valid Driver 's License: A clean driving record is a must.
