1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Based | Relationship & Sales Role We're a growing senior living advisory company looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy, and income tied directly to performance , while doing meaningful work that helps families make important decisions. Key Responsibilities Relationship & Referral Development * Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare and community partners * Represent our company as a trusted local resource * Proactively network and develop referral pipelines * Bring creative ideas for outreach and relationship growth Sales & Closing * Work referrals from first contact through placement * Conduct discovery conversations with families * Match families with appropriate assisted living or memory care communities * Coordinate tours and follow up consistently * Close placements and meet or exceed monthly goals A Day in the Life No two days look exactly the same, but here's a realistic snapshot: * Start your morning checking in on active families and following up on referrals * Head out to meet with healthcare or community partners to strengthen relationships * Take discovery calls with families who need guidance and clarity * Coordinate and schedule tours with senior living communities * Follow up after tours, answer questions, and help families move forward * Track progress, update notes, and plan next steps for upcoming referrals You'll spend your time talking to people, building trust, and moving deals forward -- not stuck behind a desk all day.
