This role is essential in maintaining the dealership's appearance and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales lot and showroom * Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery and display * Move and park vehicles safely and efficiently * Assist sales staff with vehicle staging and deliveries * Perform daily lot checks to ensure vehicles are properly positioned and secured * Transport vehicles between dealership locations as needed * Follow all safety and dealership procedures Marginal Duties * Assist other departments as needed * Perform additional tasks assigned by management Qualifications * Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred * Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Strong teamwork and communication skills
