We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who has a clear passion for independently bringing in new business with experience in Port Drayage, Intermodal, & Transloading. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience in the logistics industry to further their career. You can earn up to $300K including commission. Duties: * Identify and prospect potential clients in the transportation and logistics industry * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Present and demonstrate our transportation management solutions to clients * Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services * Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments Requirements: * 5+ years of sales experience in logistics or transportation management * Current BOOK OF BUSINESS in logistics or transportation management required * 5+ years of experience with Salesforce * Strong knowledge of transportation planning, freight, and supply chain processes * Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems is a plus * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and meet sales targets We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
