Licensed Insurance Producer (Hybrid Role) Location: Boulder, CO Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In-Office + Remote) We are seeking a motivated, professional Insurance Producer to join our team in Boulder. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility to work remotely while still requiring regular in-office presence for collaboration, training, and client support. This position is ideal for a licensed producer looking for a strong office environment--or for a driven individual who is willing to become licensed and build a long-term career in insurance. Licensing * Active insurance license preferred * Not licensed? We will pay for licensing and training for the right candidate * Willingness to obtain and maintain an insurance license is required Responsibilities * Work directly with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend solutions * Service existing clients and support new business development * Communicate clearly with clients, carriers, and internal team members * Follow established sales and service procedures * Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards Qualifications * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Professional demeanor and high personal accountability * Comfortable working independently and in an office environment * Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred Willingness to meet performance expectations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boulder, CO 80303
