Licensed Insurance Producer (Hybrid Role) Location: Boulder, CO Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In-Office + Remote) We are seeking a motivated, professional Insurance Producer to join our team in Boulder. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility to work remotely while still requiring regular in-office presence for collaboration, training, and client support. This position is ideal for a licensed producer looking for a strong office environment--or for a driven individual who is willing to become licensed and build a long-term career in insurance. Licensing

• Active insurance license preferred
• Not licensed? We will pay for licensing and training for the right candidate
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an insurance license is required

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend solutions
• Service existing clients and support new business development
• Communicate clearly with clients, carriers, and internal team members
• Follow established sales and service procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional demeanor and high personal accountability
• Comfortable working independently and in an office environment
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred Willingness to meet performance expectations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
