Full description of the position

Liteworks ASM specializes in the distribution and retail sales of Premium windows and doors for high-end residential and commercial projects in Metro Atlanta and the southeast. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative for our growing window and door distribution company. A confident and outgoing individual who is self-disciplined and thrives on a challenge is the perfect candidate. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships with contractors, designers, architects and other professionals in the residential construction/remodeling industry and the light commercial industry. We Offer: * Salary plus uncapped commission-based compensation * Expense/Car Allowance * Full Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K plans * Computer equipment, brochures and product samples supplied Job Responsibilities: * Develop new client accounts for company through cold calls, working potential customer lists that include architects, trade organizations, contractors, and subcontractors. * Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers * Consultation with customers providing solutions for their projects. * Capture new business through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings * Continually strive for 100% satisfaction with clients * Prepare estimates for specific projects, provide product recommendations and solutions for the customer. * Responsible for all sales merchandising, technical information, customer product knowledge, and evaluating the area's market needs and business conditions in your territory. * Manage customer account receivables * Attend monthly sales meeting Requirements: * Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own reliable vehicle * Excellent interpersonal, communication, written, sales and Customer Service skills are necessary * Professional appearance and demeanor * Superior time-management and organization skills * Positive, team-oriented attitude * Previous building material sales experience (not required) * Knowledge of building materials products highly desirable * Ability to operate computer equipment and applicable programs is required
