This is a strategic, front-facing role where you'll engage directly with senior leaders across the supply chain industry and influence how they transform their warehouse and distribution operations. What You'll Lead New Business Growth * Proactively target, qualify, and generate high-value opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts. * Build a strong pipeline using a mix of self-sourcing, inbound leads, and strategic partnerships. Deep Discovery & Solution Selling * Dive into client operations to uncover inefficiencies across warehouse processes, inventory visibility, labor optimization, and fulfilment speed. * Connect the dots between their challenges and S3's powerful supply-chain technology. Executive-Level Presentations * Deliver compelling demos and value-driven presentations that highlight real ROI and operational transformation. * Build business cases that get leadership aligned and excited. Complex Sales Execution * Own the full enterprise sales cycle -- from first touch through negotiation and deal closure. * Lead 3-6 month cycles with typical deal sizes ranging from $100K to $500K+. Multi-Stakeholder Engagement * Build trust with key decision-makers: COOs, VPs of Supply Chain, Directors of Logistics, IT leaders, and Finance. * Navigate organizational dynamics to influence and accelerate decisions. Industry & Product Expertise * Stay ahead of trends like automation, robotics, e-commerce fulfilment, and advanced WMS capabilities. * Position S3 as a thought leader and partner -- not just a vendor. Pipeline Leadership * Maintain a well-managed Salesforce pipeline with accurate forecasting and activity tracking. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Pre-Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless buyer and customer experience. What You Bring * 3 -5+ years of successful quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience (supply chain software preferred). * A track record of crushing targets and closing six-figure enterprise deals. * Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain processes, and fulfilment challenges. * Polished executive presence and exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to lead high-value conversations with senior leadership and influence complex buying groups. * A self-starter mindset -- driven, persistent, organized, and resilient. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Ability to travel 20 -30% for client meetings and industry events.
