Overview

The Customer Service/Sales Representative will play a key role in enhancing our customer experience with support for our sales operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys problemsolving, and values strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product deliveries and prepare related invoices
• Support the sales team and assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting
• Resolve vendor invoice discrepancies and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships

Requirements

• Dependable, positive, and committed to highquality work
• Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Basic proficiency with MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic math
