Vichy Marketing is seeking Entry-Level Customer Sales Associates to join our growing team in Oak Brook, Illinois. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a retail environment, enjoy face-to-face customer interaction, and are motivated by growth opportunities and performance-based incentives. What You'll Do: * Represent our clients inside retail partner locations across Oak Brook and surrounding areas (local travel up to 30 miles). * Greet and engage customers, provide product and service information, and generate leads or sales. * Deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting weekly sales and engagement goals. * Work full-time shifts on your feet (8 hours), with start times at 7:30 AM or 10:30 AM. * Lift and move up to 25 pounds as part of the role. * Attend in-person meetings and training sessions to learn sales processes, software tools, and client updates. * Follow company standards in communication, professionalism, and appearance. Schedule Requirements: * Full-time (40 -42 hours per week). * Must be available at least 3 weekdays plus 1 weekend day. * Flexible scheduling options available for days off, but weekend availability is required. Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly Base Pay: $16 - $20 (depending on experience). * Weekly Pay Structure: Base + uncapped commissions and bonuses. * Earning Potential: $800 - $1,800 per week (average performers). Top performers earn $1,500 - $2,500 per week. * Benefits Package: Health, Vision, Dental, and 401k after eligibility period. * Perks: Weekly gas stipend, cell phone reimbursement, and company-provided equipment (tablet, software, badging, etc.).
