Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring orders developing and nurturing client relationships through proactive outreach, and Administrative work. Duties * Ensuring Orders are correct ( verifying) * Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, identifying upselling opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships * Conduct detailed needs assessments to tailor solutions that meet client requirements effectively * Administrative work similar to EA * Work in a warehouse/ manufacturing environment * Strong Excel Skills Skills * Excel - Pivot Tables, v-lookups and more! * Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management roles * Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to engage diverse audiences effectively * Demonstrated ability in business development and expanding client portfolios * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships * Knowledge of marketing principles to support outreach efforts * Technical aptitude to understand complex product offerings and convey value propositions convincingly M-F Role Pay: $52,691.26 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance Work Location: In person
