Full description of the position

The Regional Account Representative will be responsible for managing day-to- day customer communication, customer pricing, transportation and production scheduling, and inventory control management. The representative will also support the sales team. * Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Keeping up to date with information related to products, services, schedules, deliveries, shipments, etc * Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and in person. * Foster relationships and build rapport with customers to ensure a successful circulation of information. * Manage and coordinate trucking and transportation schedules according to customer requirements. * Assist with inventory management and problem resolution. * Work with production on scheduling, transportation scheduling, projects, and specialty orders. * Auditing of all invoices. * Administrative duties as required * Quickly develop expertise in our services and function as a technical resource for our customers. * Local travel to meet customers. * Research, find, and develop relationships with new customers. * Scheduling and project management as needed. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work at a computer and move about an office environment. The employee is also required to move about an industrial environment for task completion.
