Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. We are mainly business to business which you will be conducting sale pitch to businesses instead of individuals. However, we do have show casing for local walk ins that are independent contractors. This will be a fast paced commission + salary based to keep everyone goal oriented. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest. * Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance the shopping experience * Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Qualifications * Previous retail sales experience is required: 2 years minimum. * Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management * Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Chinese, English, and Spanish * Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor * Experience with Warehouse or retail environment is a plus. * Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos enhances your ability to succeed in this role Join us as a Sales Associate and be part of a team that values energy, dedication, and excellent service!
