What This Role Actually Is You'll start in outside sales , working directly with homeowners and learning how to: * communicate with certainty * handle rejection without emotion * control conversations * produce consistent results You will be coached daily in the field by leadership. You will be held to standards. You will be developed intentionally. This role feeds directly into The HAUS --our internal 8-month leadership and performance ascension program. *What You 'll Be Doing *(Day to Day) * Canvassing neighborhoods and setting qualified homeowner appointments * Learning and executing a proven sales framework * Tracking daily performance and activity * Receiving live feedback and coaching Representing premium exterior upgrades: * Roofing * Siding * Windows * Turf * Exterior lighting This is hands-on, real-world sales.
