We are seeking innovative & driven Development Managers & Senior Development Managers with a range of experience to join our Developer client in Chicago. This individual will focus on leading development through forging relationships with landowners, community leaders, utilities and environmental organizations. This client has a solar & storage development pipeline of 15GW, a 20 year history, and strong financial backing. Despite that, they have maintained a small company feel, and you'll really have the chance to take on responsibility for your own projects Location * Preference for Chicago based candidates * Can also be based in Dallas or Denver Incentives * Strong career progression with the ability to choose your own path * Given freedom & independence to work on your own projects Key Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of development of utility scale solar and energy storage projects from greenfield origination through construction * Lead interdisciplinary teams including: land negotiations, real estate, engineering, permitting, legal and interconnection * Develop and manage project development schedules, budgets, and financial models, including all inputs and assumptions Candidate Profile * MISO/PJM/SPP experience preferable * 2+ years' experience in Utility-Scale Solar and/or Development * Early-mid stage focus Whatever you're looking for from your next move within Solar + Storage Development, get in touch and I can provide more information about these opportunities Please apply via this advert, or feel free to reach out to me at [please apply online] if you would like to discuss the position in further detail
