We are seeking to add a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist our personal lines clients with their automobile, home, and umbrella insurance. Requirements * Must be bilingual * Should be licensed for insurance in the state of TX * Background in insurance processing / servicing Job Description Our personal lines account managers answer incoming calls and provides service to the callers (policyholders and producers).
