Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Cold Caller. This role requires an expert in cold outreach, possessing exceptional business acumen and persuasive presentation skills to engage C-suite executives effectively. The ideal candidate will articulate the value proposition of integrated infectious disease care. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Cold Calling: Initiate and execute high-volume, targeted cold-calling campaigns to prospective clients, primarily targeting C-suite decision-makers in targeted Skilled Nursing markets. * Executive Presentations: Assist the business development process with developing and delivering compelling, data-driven presentations to C-suite and executive audiences, demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) of our infectious disease provider services. * Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly and persuasively communicate the impact of specialized infectious disease management on key business metrics, including: * Reducing healthcare costs and improving the bottom line. * Decreasing hospitalization rates and rehospitalization * Enhancing overall care quality and patient outcomes. *Business Acumen & Industry Knowledge: *Utilize deep business knowledge and an understanding of the healthcare landscape to identify organizational needs, pain points, and strategic objectives related to infectious disease management. * Sales Cycle Management: Assist the business development process with managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact and lead qualification to negotiation and closing agreements. * Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor on infectious disease management strategies. * Market Feedback: Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to refine sales strategies and value propositions based on market feedback and competitive intelligence. Qualifications * Proven Sales Experience: Successful B2B sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in complex sales environments. Experience in healthcare, is preferred. * Cold Calling Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in conducting effective cold calls and securing meetings with senior executives. * Executive Presence: Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. * Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy and the ability to connect healthcare outcomes directly to an organization's financial performance. * Persuasion Skills: Highly persuasive and influential communication style, capable of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with business leaders. * Medical Knowledge: Healthy understanding in health care management, and current trends in healthcare delivery. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
