Lumos Painting Co. is Davis County's trusted residential and commercial painting contractor with 8 years in business, and over 20 years of hands on experience. We provide professional interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, and staining services throughout Davis and Weber County. Lumos Painting was founded upon the values of integrity, service, and elevated trade practices. BASIC FUNCTIONS: * Manage a $1,500,000+ sales plan, selling painting services as well as cross selling other product offerings as the opportunities arise * Learn and execute the Lumps Painting sales process (pre-bid, during bid, postbid) * Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost per margin target * Entering estimates into company CRM per VP Sales expectations * Updating client data per Sales Manager expectations * Writing customer proposals per Sales Manager expectations * Responding to customers questions and office questions per Sales Manager expectations * Independently studying to become competent in all services we sell * Generate additional leads through personal activity (leads can be delivered to you by the company marketing activities) * Attending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings * Building a sales plan and tracking against it at all times - with Sales Manager guidance. * Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities. TIME AND COMPENSATION: * Full-Time * Base salary + commission - base salary set on past experience and current skill REQUIREMENTS: * Uphold company values as you perform in your role. * Attend weekly meetings with supervisor and operations team. * High precision and organization skill. * High level communicator. * Ability to self-direct with guidance. * Take initiative in this role and beyond. * Adaptable and flexible to take on various challenges. * Strong understanding of CRM systems and the ability to enter and manage estimates effectively. Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Flexible schedule Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: On the road
