AUX has partnered with an exciting AI company that just opened their first office in KC. They are searching for several SDR's to continue growing the company, and who have the desire to progress into becoming an Account Executive. This would be a full-time role with a base salary, commission, and the opportunity to get in early with a fast-growing industry. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to take direction, implement what they have learned, and to become a reliable part of the sales org. Responsibilities * Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers * Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM * Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities * Prospect and qualify new, existing, and future leads throughout territory Qualifications * GED or College Degree preferred * At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience or desire to get into tech sales * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work * Positive phone presence and ability to learn new concepts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
