If you're outgoing, competitive, and comfortable working directly with customers face-to-face, this entry-level sales role offers hands-on experience in a performance-driven environment. CA Elite Direct Executives is a direct sales firm that partners with Frontier Communications to support their residential market expansion. Our team works in the field , meeting with customers in assigned neighborhoods to present Frontier internet and home service solutions. This is not a remote, retail, or call-center position. As a Frontier Sales Associate, you will represent Frontier Communications through in-person residential outreach , educating customers, answering questions, and enrolling new customers in eligible services. What You 'll Do As Our Next Frontier Sales Associate: * Engage with residential customers and present customized Frontier sales solutions that meet customer needs * Interact face-to-face with customers in the field to build professional relationships and represent the Frontier brand, communicate effectively to understand needs, resolve concerns, and close interactions with confidence. * Attend daily in-office meetings for training, coaching, and territory assignments * Manage sales conversations from introduction to close * Educate customers on promotions, pricing, and service benefits * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity * Collaborate with teammates to reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Deliver excellent customer service that drives repeat business and referrals Frontier Sales Associate - What We're Looking For: * Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, customer service, or team leadership is preferred. * Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and service * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Goal-oriented mindset -- you love hitting targets and being rewarded * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving sales environment * Professional, coachable, and eager to learn Position Details: * Employment Type: Full-time * Compensation: Commission-only ($70 per new customer enrolled in Frontier's services) * Performance Expectations: Average of 10 or more new Frontier enrollments per week * Location: Pomona, CA - All Frontier Sales Associates are required to attend daily meetings at our office and work daily in assigned residential territories across the Inland Empire area * Products & Services: Frontier fiber optic internet and home cable services This is a commission-only position where earnings are based on sales enrollment performance.
