AT &T B2B Assistant Core Responsibilities: * Initiate and manage a robust pipeline of B2B sales by directly engaging business owners and decision-makers in the Sacramento area through strategic outbound calls and in-person meetings. * Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand complex business challenges and craft compelling, customized proposals utilizing the full suite of AT&T wireless, wireline, internet, and voice products. * Proactively identify and qualify new business leads, consistently setting high-quality appointments for in-depth consultations on enterprise-level telecom services. * Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, guiding them smoothly through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing with unparalleled professionalism. * Confidently present product value, negotiate terms, and finalize B2B service agreements, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious monthly and quarterly sales quotas. * Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching local business trends, competitor offerings, and new AT&T product rollouts to maintain a competitive advantage. * Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to meticulously track all sales activities, update client information, forecast sales, and manage account progress. * Partner with internal technical, support, and AT&T B2B Assistant teams to ensure seamless service implementation and an exceptional post-sale client experience.
