If you have knowledge of vape and smoke products and over the age of 21, join our team! By discovering the customer's needs, you will help create the energy and excitement to promote Vape, Hookah & Smoke products with the right solution. - Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greet and engage customers in the store and on the phone, build customer relationship and keep the store organized / clean. - Must be an order seeker and Responsible for interacting with clients and identifying their needs. - Operate the Point of Sale system and process sale transactions - Maintain a strong understanding of all the products. - Maintain knowledge of current stock availability on the floor and backrooms. - Actively maintain store appearance, keep merchandise stocked and organized. - Assist with inventory counts, re stocking and pricing duty including sale preparation. - Participate in staff training and store events. - Available to work hours on weekends / weekdays. - Independent & self managed. - Reliable and organized.
