Qualifications * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively. * Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments is advantageous. * Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services confidently. * Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong computer skills overall. * Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is desirable. * Demonstrated analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism during high-volume periods. * Typing speed and accuracy are important for efficient data entry and record keeping.
