Job Position: Internal Location: Atlanta, GA 30306 Pay Rate: $0.00/hr Shift: Description: The National Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic national accounts while serving as the primary point of contact for key customers in the Atlanta market. This role drives revenue, improves customer satisfaction, and expands business opportunities across multiple markets while specifically focused in Atlanta. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with data-driven sales strategy and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Relationship Building Serve as contact for assigned national accounts based in Atlanta, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders that impact the Atlanta market and beyond. Understand customer needs, business objectives, and market challenges to provide tailored solutions. Schedule and attend weekly in person meetings with senior level management and representatives in Atlanta. Weekly property visits to keep pulse on in-market activities. Create and build strong market visibility through the attendance of apartment association and client events and volunteer activities as well as through a strong social media presence. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and profitability. Manage sales programs, promotions, and initiatives within assigned accounts and market. Manage local team by creating weekly and monthly strategic plans to be executed by Account managers in the Atlanta market. Create and execute strategies to reach budgeted benchmarks and market saturation potentials. Performance & Analysis Monitor account performance, sales trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and review accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews for internal stakeholders. Analyze competitive activities and market conditions to adjust strategy as needed. Customer Support & Issue Resolution Address and resolve customer concerns, delivery issues, or operational challenges promptly. Ensure seamless communication between the company and national acct partners. Qualifications Education & Experience 3 7+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably handling large or national accounts within Multifamily sectors. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to travel as needed, including customer visits and industry events. Key Attributes Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
