IN-OFFICE TEAM MEMBER OPPORTUNITY *P &C or Personal Lines license required We're a successful top Agency looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top- line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. You can earn a BASE PAY PLUS UNCAPPED commissions and bonuses. Apply ONLY if you have at least a P &C or PL active license Responsibilities * Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers * Accept live leads to sell insurance solutions to * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs * Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships * Reach out to customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule * Be a part of a top notch team in the Marietta community * Provide quotes for customers * Continuously improve through feedback * Be a team player Skills * Proven work experience as a sales representative * Excellent knowledge of MS Office * Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships * Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills * Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback * MUST have a Property & Casualty license or a Personal Lines license Join us in learning and growing as you engage customers in ways to protect their families and assets.
