As North Georgia Replacement Windows continues to grow, they are adding additional team members. It is a very exciting time, and they are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the team. The primary responsibility for this role is to be the first point of contact for our customers and will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Overall Responsibilities * Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, computer inquiries and website leads. * Making outbound calls to potential leads to ensure lead to prospect turnover rate. * Nurturing potential customers to ensure active communication throughout the sales process. * Qualify leads prior to setting appointments for sales team. * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. * Build sustainable relationships & trust with customer accounts through open, interactive communication. * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. * Handle any customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. * Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents when necessary. * Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies. * Proactively engage customers. * Work with sales & production team whenever necessary to ensure customer issues are resolved. * Performs additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager, or other members of the management team. Experience and General Requirements * High School Diploma or GED. * Minimum of 2 years customer support experience or client service representative preferred. * Microsoft Office experience is required (Word, Excel, and Outlook). * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. * Some sales experience preferred, but not required. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Knowledge of Salesforce a plus. * Customer orientation & ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
