Job Description Pronto Personnel is a growing staffing agency. We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the local construction and industrial market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with cold outreach, and enjoys closing deals and building long- term partnerships. Responsibilities * Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking * Build and maintain relationships with construction companies, contractors, and project managers * Present Pronto Personnel's staffing services (temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire) * Understand client staffing needs and coordinate with recruiting team to fulfill orders * Follow up consistently with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business * Maintain accurate records of sales activity, contacts, and accounts * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals * Represent the company professionally in meetings, job sites, and industry events * Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication. * Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs. * Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
