Attic Insulation Sales Consultant Location: Burr Ridge, IL (serving the Chicagoland & NW Indiana area) Make a lasting impact helping homeowners improve comfort and efficiency! Perma-Seal Basement Systems is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, results-driven Attic Insulation Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners who have already requested an evaluation--no cold calling!--to assess their attic insulation needs and recommend solutions that improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. We'll provide the leads, training, and support you need to succeed. You bring the drive, enthusiasm, and desire to help people live better at home. What You 'll Do * Meet homeowners at pre-qualified, pre-scheduled appointments (no cold calling) * Inspect attics and insulation to identify issues and opportunities for improvement * Educate homeowners on energy-efficient insulation solutions * Present proposals, explain financing options, and close the sale * Enter proposals and updates into the company CRM * Follow up with customers and coordinate with installation teams for a smooth experience * Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to continue growing your skills What You Bring * 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related fields * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Strong follow-through and self-motivation * A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to customer homes * High school diploma or GED * Knowledge of insulation, HVAC, or home energy systems is helpful, but we'll train the right person!
