We are seeking a proactive, emotionally intelligent Sales and Sleep Shop Supervisor to oversee daily sales team operations and performance while supporting staff development, training, and overall sales excellence. Role Overview The Sales & Sleep Shop Supervisor is responsible for guiding and developing the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role provides coaching, training, operational oversight, and leadership support across the sales floor and mattress department.
