We are seeking a proactive, emotionally intelligent Sales and Sleep Shop Supervisor to oversee daily sales team operations and performance while supporting staff development, training, and overall sales excellence. Role

Overview

The Sales & Sleep Shop Supervisor is responsible for guiding and developing the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role provides coaching, training, operational oversight, and leadership support across the sales floor and mattress department.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience
• 3-5 years of retail sales experience (furniture or mattress preferred)
• Full-time availability, including weekends
• Strong emotional intelligence and people leadership skills
• Solutions-oriented, proactive mindset
• Proficiency with technology and computer systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in sales techniques and customer engagement
• Highly organized, reliable, and team-oriented
• Growth-minded with a positive, motivating presence
