< Overview> We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team for the launch of our first U.S. location of an established international brand. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting store opening and help introduce our brand to a new market. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting daily store operations, and driving sales performance. < Responsibilities> * Deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience tailored to each customer * Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and after-sales follow-up * Provide in-depth product knowledge, styling guidance, and brand storytelling * Ensure sales associates' interactions with customers reflect luxury service standards * Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term loyalty * Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions with discretion and professionalism * Maintain impeccable store presentation, visual standards, and merchandise organization * Support inventory management, receiving, and stock organization * Collaborate closely with the store team to achieve sales and clienteling goals * Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand values at all times < Qualifications> * Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer service preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor * Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and exceptional service * Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide thoughtful follow-up care * Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus * Experience with Lightspeed POS and/or QuickBooks is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: In person
