Position Overview As a Door-to-Door Fiber Internet Sales Representative, you will join our regional "blitz" teams or work locally to promote and sell, cross-sell, and upsell high-speed fiber optic internet and other products and services directly to residential and business consumers. You will be responsible for generating leads, providing product demonstrations, and converting prospects into customers -- all while traveling to new markets every few weeks. What You 'll Do * Travel and/or work locally with a sales team or independently to pre-selected territories across the U.S. * Conduct door-to-door outreach to educate customers on fiber optic benefits * Sell a portfolio of services: Fiber Optic Internet (multi-provider); Home Phone / VoIP; TV and Streaming; Mobile / Cellular / Voice Lines; and Add-Ons * Analyze customer needs and build custom package recommendations * Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer information * Participate in daily team meetings, training, and field coaching * Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm What We Offer * $70,000 - $240,000+ annual earning potential * Commission-only with industry-leading payouts * 45+ service providers nationwide * Travel opportunities across multiple states * Local, regional and national team building * Housing and transportation assistance (deducted from commissions) * Fast-track leadership opportunities (Recruiter & Manager roles) * Hands-on training and dedicated sales support What You Bring * Previous D2D, retail wireless, or field sales experience preferred -- not required * Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills * Self-motivated competitor who thrives in a performance-based environment * Willingness to travel or work locally for extended periods (3-6+ weeks at a time) * Ability to stand/walk outdoors for long shifts * Ability to complete required sales reports * Valid ID required to travel Why Join Stefan?
