The Atlas Portfolio is seeking an A+ Player sales representative to identify and close deals effectively in our target market, create win-win solutions for clients, and consistently outpace our sales goals to earn industry-leading commission. The ideal candidate can prioritize company goals and clients, is comfortable with hard work, and is revenue-motivated. We are a highly technical team looking for hard-working acquisition leads to expand our position in the Colorado real estate investment market. Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 base + commission Responsibilities: * Be the industry leader in Real Estate acquisitions -- stay ahead of the curve on market trends and recognize attractive deals and opportunities * Recognize motivation and assemble offers that speak directly to clients' needs -- present solutions that are too good to say no to * Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles * Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities * Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures * Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities Qualifications: * Excellent people skills * Excellent sales and negotiation skills * Excellent problem solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * Calm under pressure * Computer skills * 1-3 years of industry and sales experience * Real estate experience is a plus * About Company The Atlas Portfolio is the fastest-growing real estate investment firm in Colorado and is expanding rapidly in Denver and Colorado Springs.
