Account Executive - Invoice Factoring Location: El Paso, TX (On-site) Company: Viva Capital Funding Department: Factoring / Client Services Type: Full-time About Us Viva Capital is a fast-growing financial services company specializing in invoice factoring solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. We help companies improve cash flow, accelerate growth, and operate with confidence. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a driven Account Executive to join our factoring team. Role Overview The Account Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of factoring clients, evaluating credit risk, onboarding new accounts, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with business owners who rely on us for day-to-day cash flow. Key Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing support * Review invoices, PODs, and required documentation for purchase approval * Conduct credit and risk assessments to ensure account compliance * Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs * Handle daily funding requests, dispute resolution, and account questions * Partner with underwriting, collections, and operations teams to resolve issues * Identify opportunities to strengthen client retention * Ensure all client records and interactions are documented accurately * Proactively solicit client referrals and identify opportunities to bring in new business Qualifications * 1-3 years experience in financial services, logistics, account management, or a similar role (no factoring experience required) * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment * Ability to analyze documents and make sound decisions * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with financial platforms is a plus * Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred What We 're Looking For * A self-starter who can manage multiple accounts at once * Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented * Comfortable speaking with business owners and explaining financial decisions * Team player with strong work ethic and reliability Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary based on experience * Health, dental, vision insurance * Paid time off & holidays * Career growth opportunities within a fast-expanding company How to Apply Submit your resume to [please apply online] with subject line: Account Executive - Factoring Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
