Schedule: Full-time | In-person & field-based Compensation: * Base Salary: $60,000 annually * Commission: Performance-based commission tied to referral activity and revenue Job Overview WestPro Home Exteriors is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to build and grow partnerships with insurance agents. This role is focused on in-person relationship building , office presentations, daily agent visits, and consistent CRM follow-up. The right candidate is confident, organized, and thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment. This is a boots-on-the-ground role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, presenting, and creating long-term referral relationships. Responsibilities Insurance Agent Prospecting & Relationship Building * Prospect and build relationships with insurance agents within an assigned territory * Conduct daily in-person visits to insurance offices * Maintain ongoing relationships through consistent follow-ups and value-driven touchpoints * Identify new agency opportunities and referral partners Presentations & Education * Deliver professional office presentations to insurance agencies * Educate agents on WestPro's inspection process, claims support, and homeowner solutions * Represent WestPro at networking events, trainings, and industry functions CRM & Administrative Duties * Accurately track all activities, contacts, presentations, and follow-ups in the CRM * Manage tasks, reminders, and pipelines to ensure no opportunity is missed * Assist with administrative duties related to scheduling, reporting, and partner support * Maintain organized records and documentation Collaboration & Reporting * Collaborate with the Business Development Team Lead and marketing team * Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching * Report weekly on activity metrics, presentations completed, and partnerships built What We 're Looking For * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Comfortable with in-person outreach and daily office visits * Confident presenter (or willing to be trained) * Highly organized with strong time-management skills * Experience using a CRM (or willingness to learn quickly) * Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented * Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred (But Not Required) * Experience in business development, sales, or relationship management * Background in insurance, construction, roofing, or home services * CRM experience Why Join WestPro * Clear expectations and structured processes * Ongoing training, coaching, and professional development * Supportive leadership and collaborative culture * Competitive compensation Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In personWestPro
