We need someone who's friendly, motivated, and (preferably) adept at consultative selling to fill the role of a Frontier Client Representative. Responsibilities of a Frontier Client Representative: * Conduct direct sales presentations to potential customers in assigned territories * Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value of Frontier's products and services, including internet, voice, and video solutions * Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Accurately process sales orders and customer information * Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team development activities alongside fellow Frontier Client Representatives * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Frontier offerings, competitor activities, and industry trends * Collaborate with the customer service and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience Qualifications for the Frontier Client Representative role: * A bachelor's degree or some college coursework in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant client-facing position * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Driven to hit daily, weekly and monthly sales targets * Strong at managing multiple priorities at once * Thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment * Basic technical knowledge * Reliable transportation with a good driving record is a plus * Must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate, and eligible to work in the U.S. Benefits of being a Frontier Client Representative: * Competitive pay with uncapped commissions * Training and mentorship from industry experts * Dynamic and fun team culture * Opportunities for networking and career advancement * Travel incentives and other performance-based rewards Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) Work Location: In personCresttech Partners
