Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a similar client-facing role. Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes. Assist clients in understanding their coverage, identifying potential gaps, and recommending appropriate solutions. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure competitive terms and coverage for clients. Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and new insurance products.
