Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives. * Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. * Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization of merchandise. * Provide employee orientation and training to new staff members, fostering a positive work environment. * Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. * Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive sales. * Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to encourage professional growth. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and employees.
