Sonoma Pharmaceuticals Job Description: Job Title: Sales Representative *Reports To: Director of National Sales - Boulder office FLSA Status: Exempt Date: 11/18/25 FTE: 1 Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing sales growth and growing product awareness in their assigned territory or region. Essential Duties: * Sell products by calling on both prospective and established customers. * Meet or exceed established sales quotas and KPIs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors. * Educate, influence and advise customers. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate and complete records of communication with all customers in Salesforce. * Keeps supervisor abreast of business trends, requests and comments from their customers. * Assist in planning sales exhibits and attending industry trade shows to promote products and expand market reach. * Execute sales campaigns and promotional activities in alignment with marketing strategies. * Attend trade shows as needed and coordinate trade show materials. * Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to identify improvement areas. * Performs other duties as requested or assigned. *Required Experience, Knowledge, & Skills * High school diploma or GED is required. * Bachelor's degree in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred. * 1-2 years' experience in pharmaceutical or aesthetic sales, customer service or business development in a life sciences field. * Valid driver's license is required. Skills * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Strong sales acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities. * Strong work ethic with an excellent attitude. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Intermediate computer skills with proficiency using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. * Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed business decisions. * Ability and willingness to travel, as required. * Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with peers and management. * Ability to learn and apply disease state and product knowledge. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and reprioritize as necessary. * Ability to deal with sensitive information confidentially. Physical Demands The employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach and lift with arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is required to frequently lift up to 30 pounds without assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The employee typically works indoors in a standard office environment and will be required to travel on behalf of the Company.
