LLJMWT, LLC is seeking a motivated and charismatic Landscape & Irrigation Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client satisfaction, and helping grow our landscape and irrigation services within the Colorado Springs region. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the irrigation product line within assigned territories * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts * Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and promote upselling opportunities * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing technical features and benefits * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility * Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings to stay ahead in the market * Manage territory efficiently by planning visits, follow-ups, and maintaining consistent communication with clients Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Company car * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Experience in the landscape and irrigation industry (required). * Sales experience is strongly preferred, with proven ability to negotiate and close deals. * Strong computer skills and ability to learn company software systems. * Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Charismatic and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset. * Must reside in the Colorado Springs area or nearby. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
