LLJMWT, LLC is seeking a motivated and charismatic Landscape & Irrigation Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client satisfaction, and helping grow our landscape and irrigation services within the Colorado Springs region.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the irrigation product line within assigned territories
• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts
• Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and promote upselling opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing technical features and benefits
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility
• Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings to stay ahead in the market
• Manage territory efficiently by planning visits, follow-ups, and maintaining consistent communication with clients
