Director of Client Acquisition & Intelligence Sales Commission-Only | Uncapped Earnings | Field-Based | Regional & National Growth Confidential Investigations & Intelligence Firm - Gulf Coast & Southeast POSITION OVERVIEW We are a next-generation investigations and intelligence organization expanding across the Gulf Coast and Southeast. We are seeking a Director of Client Acquisition & Intelligence Sales to help scale a high-tech, proprietary intelligence platform serving private-sector clients today and expanding into public-sector and law-enforcement support in the future. This is a field-based, outside sales role responsible for developing new client relationships, conducting outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings , and closing retainer-based investigative and intelligence engagements. This role is designed for professionals who want autonomy, uncapped income, and a long-term leadership path as the organization grows regionally and nationally. ABOUT OUR SERVICES & TECHNOLOGY We are not a traditional private investigation firm. Our organization leverages proprietary, internally developed intelligence technologies , including AI-assisted analysis, facial recognition capabilities, and advanced digital intelligence systems. These tools are custom-built to support complex investigations, litigation support, corporate risk matters, municipal needs, and future law-enforcement applications. - Develop new client relationships through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
- Conduct professional consultations and present investigative and intelligence solutions
- Close retainer-based service agreements and collect upfront payments
- Manage and expand long-term client accounts
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on strategic, enterprise, and institutional accounts
- Represent the organization with professionalism, discretion, and ethical integrity PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS This role is KPI-driven.
- First 30 days: Active outreach and 3 -5 closed retained clients
- 60 days: 7 -15 closed deals
- 90 days: 15 -20 closed deals
- 1 year: Fully ramped and operating at full production COMPENSATION
- Commission-only structure

- Commissions paid within 15 days of client payment Performance-Based Earning Scenarios (Not Guarantees):
- $75,000-$120,000 achievable in year one

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Private Investigator license preferred or willingness to obtain (training provided where applicable)
- Ability to meet background and compliance requirements EXPERIENCE Required:
- Outside sales, business development, or professional services sales experience
- Full-cycle sales experience (prospecting through close)
- Experience working independently without close supervision Preferred:
- Private investigations or intelligence services
- Legal services, litigation support, or law-firm-facing sales
- Corporate, enterprise, or municipal sales
- Technology-driven or solution-based sales
